I tried to create a work item queue in the project, but I got a message saying that saving queues is disabled. I really need this functionality and would like to understand how I can access it.

This works, but I can’t access my queue from another user. That is, I created a queue from conditional user_1, but user_2 does not see this queue, which is why when I start a process with a queue from user_2, I get an error that the queue does not exist
How can I configure queue access? I watched a video about them, but I didn’t really understand how it could be done
Go to entities
Select mq in the dropdown list
Find your workitem queue and click it
Change the permissions and click save
