Windows 11 - Windows Get Element

Hello,

I have OpenRPA on Windows 11 and it has been working fine up until a few days ago. For some reason, all calls to Windows GetElement fail to find the element.

My problem is similar to this issue, but if I use the selector window to reselect the element I want, the selector is identical to the original (I used notepad++ to compare the values before and after).

Sometimes after recreating the selector, my RPA task will run for about an hour and then will start failing again.

I’m wondering if there is some background cache or service that may have gotten corrupted or where I should start to troubleshoot this issue. Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.

We are running v1.4.54

Go to settings → recorder addons → windows → disable cache
See if that helps
