Updates i made to my workflow is not working

OpenRPA version:1.4.54
OpenFlow version:
Using app.openiap.io or self hosted openflow:
Error message: I have made some changes to sub workflow i called through invoke action but flow runs like that changes never happen and i then tried attaching the sub flow to main flow and its also working the same way when i tried my changes block separately it works fine when running the whole flow has the problem. Please someone give some advise on this TIA
