Type text stopped working

Hi,

We’re having problems with type text activity in out workflows, until today “{DOWN}” for example have been working fine, but now is not.

As we’ve seen (using record) that the Down key is “{296}”, but we don’t know why it has stopped working. What could be happening?

{DOWN} will use the “generic” code for down that should work on all keyboards
{296} will be using the charcode for you specefic keyboard, so might not work the same for all computers/keyboards ( but most often it’s nearly the same )
So if you change regional settings, or keyboard that could have had an impact.
