OpenRPA application crashes upon launch

Hi, posting my link that contains the dump files when my OpenRPA crashes everytime it launches. Link: Dump files

The OpenRPA crashes started since yesterday after I tried to terminate the application midway when my robot was tried running. Sorry if I posted at the wrong place as I’m a newbie and first time posting. Grateful if someone could look at the files (they are huge) and tell me how to fix my OpenRPA. I tried reinstalling several times to no avail.

i looked at OpenRPA.exe(1).7688.dmp and here the error is happening inside AvalonDock an external module used by OpenRPA to render the overall UI.
you do not seem to be using the latest version of OpenRPA so my symbols does not match the dump file ( or you did a stripped dump without debug symbols )
If you are not already on the latest version, could you please update and then create a dump file again ?

i finally had time to look at one more …
in “OpenRPA.exe.7688.dmp” the error is also in unmanaged code, but this timeout without any stack trace, just an “Hwnd of zero is not valid” in kernelbase …
This feels like a windows OS problem, more than an OpenRPA problem, i cannot say for sure without also having a look with windebug … what operating system is this ? ( version and service packs )

Thank you so much for looking into my dump files and replying. I’m using Windows 11. Somehow, when I opened another Windows User Account within my same PC and install OpenRPA in the new Windows User Account, it could launch and work perfectly fine. My only guess is that the OpenRPA application seems to have some conflict with another RPA application if they are installed within the same Windows User account that I also have in my PC (maybe they share certain dependencies). Once again, grateful for your time looking into my case and replying, Allan. And of course, I thank you and all other contributors for making n8n such a great tool (and free for all) for the community and society.
