I hope Open RPA is open source. but i need to know shall we deploy our RPA workflows in client location. For deployment we need to pay any extra amount.
OpenRPA is open source, under the MPL-2.0 license.
Open source puts restrictions on the source code, names and images, but not the binaries.
This means you a free to use it where ever you want, how much you want also commercially.
If you want to make changes to the source code, that is where MPL-2.0 has restrictions compared to other types of license. MPL-2.0 is a copyleft license, that means you MUST publish all changes to the source code as open source under the same license.
