Local Windows User can't see the rd service as running

Self hosted opencore

Hey Allan,
we followed our hdrobot tutorial and got it working once, now we try to replicate it on another system but are stuck.

Steps we did:

  1. Install OpenRpa as admin mit hdrobots package.
  2. Create the settings in program files
  3. Install the service via console wiht reauth and so on
  4. Create 4 local users with remote desktop access
  5. Create 4 users in opencore.
  6. Login those users via openrpa to our opencore.

And now we are stuck, because the rdservice in the local users openrpa does not realize the service is running and all the buttons are greyed out.
The admin on the other hand can see all the buttons as working.

Any idea why the local user does not recognize the service as running?

make sure all the OpenRPA users has read permission on the unattendedserver object
