Issue with 'Get Element' activity for retrieving data text from Employee ID and corporate Email ID Field

In OpenRPA, while i am automating a process in which we want to fill the employee data and retriev data from an Employee ID & corporate Email ID Field by using the ‘Get element’ activity. I have encounter issues where the activity fails to extract the desired text. Please, help me in that scenario
