Is there an app or can there be an app to put on my android phone to run programs from remotely?

  1. kind of. Fhere are android emulators hou can install and confrol. Openrpa can only do image recognition, but there are other frameworks who can sometimes find elements ( like get element in openrpa ) .
  2. there once was an cordova app for ios/android, but i removed it and stopped maintaining support for it. There is an vue3 web template that also functions as a PWA that you can install that also supports notifications. Openflow sjpports acgiong as an notification server so agwnrs or nodered can send messages and push noroficarions to pwa.
    But then hou need to create the logic hour self, the vue3 website is only a template/example
