This is from where I got instructions for installing node-RED’s web-environment. The page had different command prompt lines to install the OpenFlow environment files, NodeJS, Chocklatey, and directives to sign in into node-RED server using CLI.
I have a new machine and thus need to install everything but I’m not being able to do so as the command line prompts are missing.

But there is a reason it was remvoed. You should use the docker version, using npm is not supported any more.
