How to Convert PDF Files into JSON Format Using OpenRPA?

I’m currently working on a project where I need to convert the PDF files into JSON format for multiple pdf file.

I’m exploring the best approach to achieve this. Has anyone done this before, or could someone guide me on how to implement this?

Document Processing is not part of openiap/openrpa.
There are some old experimental and unsupported activities for rosum.ai with the openrpa.msi installer. Most people use Node-RED or an agent to then send the documents to third parties like Google Document AI, AWS Textract, or Abbyy.
