I had a problem when implementing HD robot, overall the installation of HD robot was successful but when I ran robot workflows to run the login page using the HD robot user, I got the error “Failed locating 1 item(s)”, it seemed that the element on the login page was not in find.
looks like you are automating a website. Normally that works, even if the hd service client is disconnected, but either way, try and make sure the client is connected ( the user is listed as online and not disconnected in task manager )
