Hello, im trying to enable multi-tenancy but when I check de checkbox in configuration page nothing happens.

Multi-tenancy enables some lockdowns inside OpenCore and changes how certain types of roles work. There are no UI changes when you enable it. Additionally, the housekeeping job that enforces it assumes this is a fresh OpenCore. Enabling or disabling this after you have started creating users is not supported.
After enabling multi-tenancy, if you have a valid license, you can enable workspaces. These will provide you with the UI for handling workspaces, as you can also see on https://app.openiap.io/
