Deleting the built-in admins role causes administrative lockout — OpenCore 1.5.12.64

OpenCore version: 1.5.12.64
Deployment: Self-hosted with Docker
Error message: None

Hi Allan,

Is it intentional that an administrator can delete the built-in admins role?

There was no confirmation dialog, warning, or notification when deleting the role.

I tested this twice. The deletion succeeded, and my account lost its administrator privileges, leaving me unable to recover access through OpenCore. Signing out and back in didn’t help.

The role later reappeared with only root as a member. I recovered by adding my account back through a direct MongoDB query in the container.

Should deletion of this role be blocked, or at least require confirmation with a clear warning about the risk of locking yourself out?

Can anyone running a newer version confirm whether this behavior still occurs?
