Bug: OpenRPA: changing dependency version does not trigger a project update

OpenRPA version: 1.4.57
OpenFlow version: 1.5.10
Using app.openiap.io or self hosted openflow: self-hosted
Error message: no error

Repro:

  1. Create a project.
  2. Add a dependency to it.
  3. Change the dependency version.
  4. Observe that in OpenFlow the dependency version did not change.

Workaround:
After changing the dependency, toggle disable caching (or any other project property) back and forth. This forces the project to update.
