# Unable to open ANY workflow: Workflow Designer Error Failed to create a 'Settings' & System.Xaml assembly load failure

Hi OpenRPA community,

I am facing a critical issue where **every single workflow** fails to open in the Workflow Designer. The designer throws a red error dialog as soon as I try to open any `.xaml` document.
