Open url activity issuse

Hello @Allan_Zimmermann greetings of the day i am able to found the below issue while i run my workflow which contains open url activity which will open an url in the chrome browser. can you suggest me any fix for this

error:OpenRPA.NM.pipe.NamedPipeClient`1+NamedPipeException[OpenRPA.Interfaces.NativeMessagingMessage]: “Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.”

I need something i can reproduce …
You have not given any way to reproduce this, or information about what is “different” in your setup compared to most others, who do not have this issue
