# Can't create an agent project. Opencore instance not being added to VSCode

Hi Allan,

How’s it going? hope you are doing fine.

I was trying to create an agent project following your YT tutorial, but I can’t seem to get past the point of adding and opencore instance to VSCode. Any idea how to fix this?

I have my localhosted instance accessible, it is secure. Here is video for more details:

not sure if this is related, but the value for `agent_grpc_apihost` in config is empty

That is so odd. I was just working on a different issue where I could not sign in with Office 365.  
And now, I can “add openiap instance” for local users, Google, Windows Live, but not Office 365.

I’ll try adding a google provider and see if that works, to see if the issue is with o365

So it seems a general grpc issue (in my case), not only with O365. I added google provider (google oauth), and I get the same behavior.

However, I tried wss protocol instead of grpc, and I could successfully add the instance to my Vscode.

That is so odd … but i think i can reproduce it, so will continue to investigate
